While we do not accept any liability for errors or omissions, our copywriters have done a good job to check this catalog carefully. If there are any problems though, we will try our hardest to sort them out between us. We want you to come back.

The suitability of any of the products shown in this catalog is entirely at your discretion, as the purchaser must be the best judge for any particular application. Liability and guarantee

All our products are guaranteed to be free from defect or faulty workmanship. We will promptly replace or repair, at our cost, any product which we consider is faulty and our limitation of liability is limited to the value of the product in question. Remember that some products such as temperature sensors are consumable items and may, depending on your process, have a limited life.

Product improvement is a continuing goal at TC Direct. We reserve the right to change, vary or alter the product specification without prior notification.

Returns

Due to the specific nature of our products some items may be non returnable.

Delivery

Orders are normally shipped via UPS, FOB Hillside, IL. Other methods can be requested at the time of your order.

Payment

An account can normally be set up immediately or we accept payment by most major debit or credit cards.

Damage in transit or shortages

All our products are checked and packed with care, but if you do have a problem, call us as soon as you know, but no later than seven days following receipt of goods. We will look to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.

Ownership

Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
