6-way Heavy Duty Thermocouple Connector System

These thermocouple connecting systems, comprise of six standard plugs or jacks mounted in a heavy duty steel housing. They are designed for quick interconnection, of thermocouple sensors in a wide variety of processes such as walk through sterilizers where the two halves of the connector are mated during sterilization. Alternatively any of our standard sized plugs or jacks can be used individually with one half of the system. The steel housing is epoxy painted and has an anodized aluminum handle for easy grip.
  • Quick interconnection of thermocouple systems; color coded to ANSI MC96.1-1982
  • Temperature rating: 425ºF (220ºC)
  • PG13 cable entry allows connection of cables up to 0.60” diameter
  • Suitable for wire diameters from 32AWG up to 12AWG (0.2mm to 2.0mm dia)
  • Dimensions including handle:- Plug: 1.10” wide x 3.66” deep x 4.60” high, Jack: 2.48” wide x 3.70” deep x 4.45” high
