Standard Thermocouple Connectors (425ºF)
These round hollow pin standard connectors are ideal for connecting thermocouple sensors and extension cable to each other. The pins are polarized to avoid an incorrect connection and the connector body is additionally marked for polarity. They are rated for use between -58ºF and +425ºF (-50ºC and +220ºC). In addition to offering a plug and jack, a panel jack is also available. Matching anodized aluminum connector panels can also be found in this section. Weatherproof silicone rubber boots are also available for added protection in moist environments as well as cable clamps.
- Body: Thermoplastic compound rated -58ºF to +425ºF (-50ºC to +220ºC)
- Suitable for wire diameters from 32 AWG up to 12 AWG (0.2mm to 2.0mm dia)
- Color coded to ANSI MC96.1-1982. Type K - Yellow, Type T - Blue,
Type J - Black, Type N - Orange, Type SX/RX - Green and Copper - White
- Dimensions: Plug 1.38” x 1.0” x 0.50” (LxWxD) with 0.59” long round hollow pins, Jack 1.38” x 1.0” x 0.50” (LxWxD). Panel jack is typically 1.06” x 1.0” x 0.50” (LxWxD) with front bezel 1.65” x 0.75” supplied with bracket for attachment to panel (see page 78 for panel details)
