Stainless Steel Thermowells

We offer a variety of stainless steel welded construction thermowells which are ideal for use with our 0.250” diameter Thermocouple or Pt100 sensors. They are ideal for applications where the removal of the sensor could prove complicated such as on a vessel, pipe or tank. They are 0.5”O.D. and are available with a 1/2” NPT taper process entry thread and 1/4” NPT parallel sensor entry thread. Immersion length (under the thread) is either 3.25” (to suit our 6” long sensors), 9.25” (for 12” long sensors), 15.25” (for 18” long sensors) or 33.25” (for 36” long sensors). Use a 1/4” NPT stainless steel fitting to attach the sensor to the thermowell. Welding bushings are also available
  • Available in 3.25”, 9.25”, 15.25” and 33.25” insertion lengths for use respectively with 6”, 12”, 18” and 36” long temperature sensors
  • Male Thread: 1/2" NPT
  • Female Thread: 1/4" NPT
  • Sheath material: 316 Stainless Steel
  • 1/2” NPT female welding bushings are available separately
  • Operating range: -100ºF to 1472ºF (-75ºC to +800ºC)
