Heavy Duty Industrial Thermocouple

These sensors are available with thick wall protective sheaths in 304 or 310 Stainless Steel, Inconel 600® or Incoloy 800®. Typical temperature measurement applications include: furnaces (blast, carburizing etc.), kilns, ovens, boilers, flues, cyanide/galvanizing baths and general heat treatment applications. They are available in a variety of diameters and lengths.

Thermocouple types K, J, S or R
Sheath material: 304 Stainless Steel, 310 Stainless Steel, Inconel 600® or Incoloy 800® depending on thermocouple type selected
The maximum operating temperature of these sensors is shown in the order code boxes below
Sheath diameters: 1/2”, 5/8” or 13/16”
Terminated in an IP67 weatherproof die cast alloy head rated to 275ºF (not included in length)
4” dia Cast Iron flanges as well as compression fittings are also available
